Registration Information
The SOULWELL Journey includes 7 nights spread out over 3 weekends.
Cost:
$1,200 pay in full at registration (the registration fee of $150 is non-refundable).
OR
$1,350 for payment plan option (includes admin fee of $150 for transaction fees) as well as $150 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration.
Our wish is that funding is never a barrier. Financial assistance is available. Simply check the box on the application and complete the form as directed.

PAYMENT POLICY
To reserve your spot for the SWJ, you must pay as indicated in your application. Your registration will not be considered received until payment as been made. The registration fee of $150 is non-refundable. All payments are managed via PayPal.
CANCELLATION/DEFERRAL POLICY
We have designed our cancellation policy to be considerate while also respecting the costs incurred by SOULWELL Ministries. 90 days or more prior to the start of a SWJ you can cancel and request deferral to another SWJ beginning within 12 months or request a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. Less than 90 days prior to the start of a SWJ you may request deferral to another SWJ beginning within 12 months and incur a $50 deferral fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation within 90 days of the SWJ beginning. No credit will be given for deferral to a SWJ beginning beyond 12 months. SOULWELL Ministries will receive what you paid as a tax-deductible donation. To cancel and/or defer, email info@SOULWELLMinistries.com.
SOULWELL Ministries reserves the right to assess each applicant's readiness for the SOULWELL Journey experience and to refuse admission based on our assessment.
