There are times in all of our lives when we have no idea what God is doing.  He takes us to hard times and hard circumstances, and we look around and think, “Where are you, Lord?” 

Kelly and I can both relate in our own personal ways to this question.  Neither of us had any idea in the early years of our lives, that what looked like and felt like burned down ruins and ashes, could be turned into a crown of beauty for both of us.  SOULWELL Ministries wasn’t even a concrete idea in either of our brains, but God knew.

The sweetest part of our journey is the deep and abiding friendship and sisterhood that has developed.  We were total strangers until 7 years ago and we had both been on our own individual paths of healing, until God decided to provide a fork in the road, and converge our paths into one.  Kelly knew before I did, but eventually I would come to understand that this was not our doing or in either of our power.  This was God’s plan and we were simply called to obey and to walk where He led us.

We have tried our very best to do just that.  What you see before you is a ministry built on the foundation of Jesus Christ alone.  His healing power and His complete redemption in both of our lives is the lifeblood of this ministry.  We simply want to give others what we have found through Him.

At the end of the day, if we can help lead you to the foot of the cross, and teach you to be still in His presence, then we have carried out our calling and our purpose.  It is the place of healing and there is no sweeter sound than His voice ministering to your soul.  We hope and pray that you will join us on this journey, and discover for yourself the true freedom that can be found in a contemplative and transformative relationship with Him.
